Cannot connect after resetting tablet
Hello everyone,
Early this week, I installed CC on my tablet. It worked perfectly. But from time to time, I reset the tablet to clean it all and reinstall all the apps cleanly. But this time, I have an issue after downloading CC. I can't connect to the content server anymore. I tried to follow the instructions but until now it isn't working. If you can explain the whole thing in french It would be nice ![]() Just after the reset, I reinstall the CC but the version on my PC was the same as before. But the CC not working on my mobile device, I updated the software on PC too. Here's where I'm now. What is it the simplest procedure now ? Thanks anyway for your help |
