Dumb question time!

Is there a preferred way to charge the batteries on a Kindle (in my case a PW2). I mean should I let the charge level significantly deplete before trying to recharge, or should I charge every night to keep it 'topped off'? Right now, sometimes I do one, and sometimes, the other.

I know modern batteries don't need to be drained every so often the way the old ni-cads did, but is there a charging strategy that maximises battery life?

Edit: I just noticed this is in the developers forum, when I intended it to be in the broader forum. I don't know how to move it. Sorry!

Do whatever you wish - lithium batteries really don't care. The only thing NOT to do is discharge it to the "low battery" warning and then put it in a drawer for 6 months. Other than that, the charging circuitry will protect you from doing anything stupid.
