firefly (i62) frozen

my firefly can not be switched on.
I loaded it for nearly a day now, and the orange light is still on ...

does anyone have an idea, what can be done to reactivate the device? eg. loading longer, some kind of reset (how?) ...???
thanks

according to my manual "Reset the device by small pin through the hole, and
then press the power button to reboot when the device crash".
The reset hole is located on the back of the device just below the centre.

That's a shame. I would try it several times (if you haven't already) but first make sure none of the buttons are stuck down (my Home button would sometimes twist and jam down). As a last resort if you get no better suggestions try carefully prying off the back cover and unplugging the battery for a few minutes.

Hi,
I had a similar problem with the same kind of device after I had connected it to the PC via USB and then disconnected it. It froze and just showed the picture for connecting device to PC. The light at the switch still worked but nothing else. After a couple of weeks and some trying like recharging, reconnecting it to the computer and switching it on and off, one day it suddenly rebooted and started working again normally. Afterwards it didn't happen again and only minor problems with freezing have occured.

I think that's a very good idea and will probably work fine.

The reset hole is located on the back of the device just below the centre.
are there further possibilities to perform a reset?

the battery seems to be fine.

are there any experiences whether the cable for the display is easily braking?

I assume there's a problem with the display.
from the behaviour of the blue LED I assume that the device is starting, and after a while shuting down again
