V. 3.2.1: Actions toolbar incomplete

I have Windows 10, 32 bit. Since I installed version 3.2.1, there is only a part of the actions toolbar appearing. Especially, the "preferences" button is missing. How can I get the toolbar arranged as I had it before, please?

There are no changes to the toolbar in 3.x Probably the size is changed slightly so the last icon got hidden. Either decreses the font size in Preferences->Look & Feel or remove one of the icons you dont use in Preferences->Toolbar

There is considerable space between the last shown Icon (Calibre bibliotheque) and the right margin. And it's just the "preferences" button that is missing. So ...
I never had such an issue before. I don't see any way to Change the appearance.
And there is no difference whether a device is attached or not.

Ctrl-P is the non-rodent way of getting there

Strange anyway: following the Information shown in the open Settings Panel, the "preferences button should be present in the main toolbar, but in fact, it isn't. Removing some other Buttons didn't solve the Problem.
Nevertheless, the "preferences" button is now in the second toolbar on the bottom.

Now, I removed a lot of Icons on the main toolbar, and, at last, the "preferences" really appeared.

@Leonatus - suggestion - promote the Preference button from last to first using green up arrow in Preferences->Toolbars

Being somewhat perverse I relegate actions of lesser importance to the Favourites plugin. You can cherry pick individual options from the drop down menus for inclusion in the Favourites menu

Of course, I will!
I checked the phenomenon on my second computer, and I saw that the difference is that there shows, at the very right edge of the upper toolbar, a double angle, and when I click there, a second row of the toolbar opens, with all the buttons. Strangely, on my forst computer, this double angle is missing. But surely, there something else that I have overseen ...

I moved Preferences and Help to the Menubar (no Icons)
You have 3 locations available PLUS the Context Menu. Nobody will fine you if you move things around
