I haven't heard of any way.
What do you need? Something that hides your copies of Playboy in the Boy's Life group of files? Back in the days of printed media, you could have just put them under your mattress instead of in the living room, magazine rack. |

I want each issue to be listed separately rather than grouped together.

Maybe an option somewhere: a Group/Individual setting. All periodicals or only selected ones? I.E: Group some and individually list others. That is a bit different than including the item in some other group. Which is what I (mis-)understood. But your request is clear, and I still can't think of anyone posting anything on this subject. |

You can put issues into a collection, and they will be listed individually in that collection. For example I used to put them in my Current Reading collection. Of course this creates a little more work.
Otherwise it seems if you have more than one issue of a given periodical, these get grouped. I'm not sure when they changed this, except that it makes it more like the behavior on Kindle for iOS and Android, and they seem to be making more effort of late to make behaviors more consistent across OS platforms. |

They *don't* get grouped if you transfer them on via USB, but every other route (purchasing from Amazon, conversion on Calibre and emailing...) will group them. |
