Jump to Top Row?
Is there a keyboard shortcut to jump to the top row? Command/up arrow does not work as I would expect on the Mac.

Ctrl+Home and Ctrl+End works for me. If you're in the cover view you can just use home/end.

It's inefficient but holding down the Page Up key gets me up there quickly enough.
