How to exclude something from a search?

Please bear with me.
I have a huge library. All my names are lastname, firstname (e.g. King, Stephen). I know that I have some authors which have not yet been converted to this format.
How can I search the Authors column to exclude "," from the result so that I can find all books that are still in the wrong (firstname lastname) format?
