Boox max Carta - setup menu?

So I just got an Onyx Boox Max Carta, but I effed up.

I accidentally set the language to Flemish, and I can't find the menu to change it. (It's the Chinese language version from BangGood, so there is no manual.)

Can someone tell me where the language menu is hidden?

However, I am sure there must be a certain button combination which you could press for a given amount of time which will trigger a factory reset. You may want to contact someone like Booxtor who would likely know the combination. I would think that most of these Onyx Max devices are currently fairly similar in terms of firmware.

From the manual, "Press the power button for 8 - 10 seconds to reset your device , then press it quickly to restart."

Not sure if that will bring about a factory reset, but worth a try. Might be easier than trying to navigate various menus in flemish.

Hi Nate,
-- the fourth icon at the bottom of the launcher should be a half gear, go there for the "Onyx'" settings page;
-- the second icon in the vertical toolbar a world grid with people in front, go there, and pick the first row on the right, "=Language", for the "Android Language and Input" settings page;
-- the first row is the language picker
