Screen won't work...in parts??

Hi!

My Kobo screen won't let me use part of it - I can read books on it and flick between pages no problem but it won't let me know select the home button at the top of the screen or connect to a wifi networks.

The only things I can do are select which books I want to read and then scroll between pages but other than, I have to re-set it every time I want to go back to the home page to change the book I'm reading...has anyone seen anything like this??

@EllieRose: I think you are saying the touch is not working at the top of the screen. If so, try cleaning under the edge of the bezel. If there is dirt or something else stuck there, it can block the IR beams of the touch sensors.

Are you saying that the touch isn't working on one part of your screen, or that one part is displaying a static image and not updating? If the latter, can you post a photograph of the screen, please?
