Hi my device is not being recognised in Calibre, when i try to debug nothing is showing as being connected. I have tried to debug with user defined device info and it comes back with an attribute error 'nonetype' object has no attribute 'startswith'. Can anyone help me??

Your device is reporting it has no stirage available, the usual fix for that is rebooting both the device and the computer. Also make sure the device screen is not locked when connecting

Solved

Hi 3291lindsay

Whilst waiting for solution I took the easiest option; which solved the problem, but didn't help me with the cause.

Backed up tablet.
Factory reset.
Reloaded backup.

Hey; Calibre recognised tablet.
