Unable to reach the plugin index page

Hi can someone help me I'm getting this in caliber and also getting metadata failed

calibre, version 2.84.0
ERROR: Update Check Failed: Unable to reach the plugin index page.

When was the last time you ran Windows Update (assumes you run W)
What browser do you normally use?

Note you can always get the PI from the Plugins section and manually install them
Preferences: Plugins: Load from file (a button at the bottom)

The calibre plugins server uses its own private https certificate, so, that error means you have some software on your computer that is intercepting all https traffic. It's either malware or security software.

I did that and nothing happen since I updated my calibre I had this problem
