Issues on Convert PDF to MOBI

Guys, can someone please help?
I converted a book on PDF format to .MOBI using Calibre, but when i run it on kindle the font gets static, i cant increase the size. I did mark the option on calibre to allow me to resize the font.

Yes, i was already trying to recognize the text with adobe but it expired.
