Battery Kobo Aura
Hi,
Where to buy a new battery for my kobo Aura (N514). I read the specs are 1500mAh 3,7V. is it correct? I haven't found the same model on Ebay..if someone can help.. Thanks! |

Surely as long as you can find one that is the right size, right connector and voltage, the mAh should not matter.

Open your reader and measure your battery size.
Must have correct size (not too large), voltage, and battery type. Cut wires to old battery and solder them to new battery then insulate solder joints. Polarity matters. |

Soldering is easy. Watch some youtube on soldering and practice until it is easy for you. Electronic controlled temperature control is nice but simple 25 to 50 watt soldering iron is all you need.
