I updated my Glo HD with Mark 6 (4.2.8432),and I got a brick.

Sorry, not sure what you want. If you want to retrieve the books from the KoboReader partition, then mount it and copy the files. You can do this easily on a Linux machine or a Mac, but I've never needed to work out how to do it on a Windows machine. But, unless you have books on the device that you don't have elsewhere, there isn't that much point. You should restore the device and reload the books.
If the point of your question is to get the device working, try a factory reset. This usually solves the problem. It will wipe the books and need you to do the setup again, but the device will be working. If the factory reset doesn't work, then you can write an image to the SD card. That will get it going. There is a long thread in the developers subforum for requests for the image. |
