PDF TOC Font Size

Is there a way to adjust the font sizes within the TOC of a PDF generated file? Level two and three font sizes are terribly small.

Add your own inline ToC to the input document, then calibre will not generate one. Or pass in appropriate extra css, to adjust the font sizes to your liking, something like

.calibre-pdf-toc .level-1 { font-size: larger }

and so on for each level
