Unknown Book Type

I really enjoy having Calibre. I am an avid reader and I like to use Calibre to convert amazon kindle purchases and titles loaned out from my public library. However, latetly there are two book that I try to open, I get an error. For instance, the following is a book by Nick Offerman called "Gumption" I received on loan from my local library. I have tried redownloading it, and to no avail I always end up getting these two error messages. Please !!

DRM removal for books that you don't own is frowned upon here.
