Problem with downloading externnal resources
Having trouble with all images hosted on puu.sh. They show up in the browser and in ebook viewer, but throw a 403 when I try to download them.

That will be because that website probably implements some kind of javascript/cookie based protection scheme. So you will have to download them manually.
