Convert to Kepub problem

I am having a problem with one of my eBooks when converting from AZW3 to Kepub.

The original book size was .6MB which grows to 3.5MB on conversion.

On sending it to my Kobo Glo HD every paragraph turns into a page, so a 490 book had become near on 5000 pages.

I have tried deleting all copies, and downloading it again but the same thing happens.

Just downloaded a free eBook to try again from AZW3 to Kepub and everything works OK, so it's just this one eBook, (so far).

Calibre version 2.69

This is probably a case where we need to see the original book. But, have you tried converting to epub? The convert to kepub is largely "convert to epub then add kepub features". I'd expect similar behaviour there.

The book will have marked every chapter with class="chapter"

You can prevent calibre from detecting this as chapters by changeing the detect chapters setting in the Structure Decteion section of the conversion dialog to
