Disable Calibre Standard Covers
Hello
 I sent my cover-free .azw3-eBooks with calibre to my Kindle Paperwhite 3, but the device is showing them on many books - not all of them - with that awkward standard replaced cover from Calibre - even if I never ever used this function? How can I disable this? I tried to delete all covers in metadata options, but that wont work. (Sorry for my english...I'm german  )
