I will be travelling for the next few days, on a much needed holiday, without internet access, so I wont be able to answer questions/respond to emails.

Three days is not a holiday. That's a long weekend. I think you deserve at least three weeks

I never take holidays longer than a week -- the last time I had such a holiday was when I was 12 years old

I prefer short intense holidays -- if I were going away for a month I'd have to keep internet access. Then I'd never be able to resist the temptation to do a bit of work. That's the problem when you enjoy your work.
