Goodreads 2016 Year End Summary

Goodreads recently emailed our summary for 2016. Same look as last year.

I'm basically satisfied with the results except for my average rating. It went down to 2.7! And this after saying I will try to do better this year. Somewhat disappointing.

My goal for 2017 will be to get that number up!

Alas, I'm in similar straits. I went down to 2.9 this year, from a respectable 3.3 last year. Since my baseline for books is 3.0 and I scale from there, this is a lousy result.

I knew I'd be off this year and I know why I was off and to an extent it couldn't be helped, but it's still disappointing.

My average rating for the year (so far) is 3.8.

Is there a way to look at previous years other than changing the "2016" in the URL to something earlier? I don't remember seeing a link for this anywhere prior to today.

Also, when you review your GoodReads list consider posting some of your highlights in the "favorites from 2016" thread.
