Hello from Martha's Vineyard

I've been doing ebooks in one way or another for about 15 years, including a year as Director of Quality at NYC-based ebook vendor Zola Books.

However there seems to be no limit to my ignorance of many technical aspects of ebook production and distribution. Even the simple stuff manages to stump me from time to time, as my questions here will soon reveal.

I'm glad this forum is here and I look forward to learning from you all.
