Paperwhite 1st gen doesn't recognise mobi
Hi Everyone,
When I convert epub files into mobi using Calibre or Kindlegen and transfer to my 1st gen paperwhite, the file doesn't show up. The gadget recognise only AZW3 files. Any hint? Tkx for your help

Are you sure you are in downloaded?
If yes, then convert to a dual-mobi. That should fix the problem.

I've already tried dual-mobi with calibre, but didn't work. Thanks anyway for your att Cinisajoy.

Just use calibre and convert to the azw3 and see if it shows. You can do that as a usb download from calibre
