Error with clicking on Collections button

Hi everyone,

My first post, apologies that it is a request for help

I had to re-install Windows 10 recently, and thereafter Calibre. While my library is still intact, with all the Collections metadata, the following error appears when I now click on the Collections button:

ERROR: Unhandled exception: <b>AttributeError</b>:'BooksModel' object has no attribute 'get_collections_with_ids'

calibre 2.65.1 embedded-python: True is64bit: False

can anyone please point me in the right direction to resolve this?

That is happening because you are not in the device view, that is showing the books on the device. Although since that button normally disables itself when you switch away from the device view, you should not be able to click it.
