Using 2 formats and 2 devices
I'm looking to buy a Kobo ePub based reader to add to my Kindle and am just wondering how best to manage the library. Do I need to maintain separate libraries so that azw3 books get sent only to the Kindle and ePub only to the Kobo or is there a better way to achieve this?

Calibre will handle this automatically. Simply make sure that the settings for each device correctly define the formats it can handle.
