Images & formatting conversion problem

Hi,
please, can someone help me to understand what to change for to bring up all images and keep the original formatting of the .docx file in the .epub?

Hello Betterred,
I had already read both files of your links and, maybe, you have been too hasty in deleting attachments before asking explanations, because I got this text from Mrs. Rosanna Breda who is authorized to publish it and who asked me if I could convert to epub and, in any case, it's freely downlodable from internet (http://crombette.altervista.org/libcro.htm), what to do now?

@gianni_1 - the book has this copyright notice, with no indication of when the 'temporary permission' expires. The MR owner is very strict on copyright issues.

The "How to ask... " sticky tells you what to do to avoid breach of copyright issues, either post an extract here or post a calibre bug (the link is in the sticky) and mark it private. In this instance I suggest the latter may be the best option.
