Kobo Aura HD not responding to touch
New problem so I thought I should start a new thread.
I just opened this Kobo Aura HD, removed and reinserted the SD card, turned it on and pushed reset button and it went through the restoring screen process and then the screen asking to connect to a computer which I did.
I have the list of languages on screen now but it is not responding to touch.
I don't know what to do.
Is there anything I can try?

Have you put the device back together? The touch works on IR beams across the screen. If the bezel isn't positioned correctly, the touch doesn't work.

I have the same problems after the Big Update of Window 10, with my Kobo Glo Hd, but tonight after format the HD to FAT32 with MiniTools Free the Kobo came back to the Live!

Oh thanks! I was holding of on reassembling until it was working properly which was actually creating the problem.
