Help with poorly formatted ebook

Hello all

I am new to this forum and I love the calibre software. That said, I downloaded a novel by Isaac Asimov (The Naked Sun), and it appears to be a bit messed up. See the attached image. Before I go ahead and buy the ebook, I thought I would try to fix the free one I downloaded.

As you can see, the table of contents is basically unformatted, there are no paragraphs to divide up the dialogue, and the quotes are messed up. Can I fix this? Sorry if this is the wrong place.

My device is a kinldle paperwhite and I have both the epub and mobi format of this book

Ask for your money back and use a more legitimate dealer who takes pride in what they offer and checks the quality before adding it to their offerings.

(This book is commercially available from Amazon and the sample looks good. MR Policy is to not provide assistance with pirated material)
