Anyone know good sites that offer advertising? - Willing to pay.

My new series Brutal is already doing somewhat well on it's own with absolutely no advertising - showing it will most likely do very well if more than a handful of people can actually find it. I paid the small fee for a Bknight promotion which should start today.

Are there any other sites that will accept new books with only 1 review? Definitely willing to pay in the hopes that it can acquire enough reviews to qualify for the better advertising sites.

You only have 1 4 star review.
You look decent in the free market. But where you are #7, there are only 87 books in that category.
I would love to see how you do with a paid book.
Oh and is your second book out yet?
If not then don't bother advertising the freebie. Wait until you have something for the reader to buy. Otherwise it is a waste of money.

Get book 2 out, then market the first one.

I don't know about paid, but free advertising is available right here at Mobileread - as long as an author or publisher is willing to follow the Posting Guidelines, which of course means reading them, a challenging concept for some individuals!

It absolutely boggles my mind that someone will not read our Posting Guidelines before using our site before engaging in a promotional scheme. (Would someone sit down uninvited at someone's house and not observe decent table manners? -- Well, if you're Uncle Buck, then OK.)

Anyway, we reach a very large audience of potential buyers, although the breadth of promotion may not be as broad as some authors and publishers would like.

Todays my last free day - I'm already getting a few thousand KENP everyday and some sales on the other parts 2 and 3. Working on book 4 right now. Might even make it to a part five, the story is evolving quite well.

Oh, absolutely! And that's the reason I didn't mention his name.

Nevertheless, I find, in my experience here that using Mobileread properly (that is, following the rules), CAN and DOES generate to a targeted audience.

I like the FussyLibrarian. They are easy to use and professional and their book promotion email mailout is easy to read on computer and mobile.
Their costs are very reasonable and I've had a good rate of downloads following promos with them.
Last time I checked, you need ten reviews with an average of 4 stars for them to take your book.

If you're looking for more reviews in general, then I also use LibraryThing. There are some constraints to signing up to their Giveaway scheme - you can read all the details on their site. Basically, you give away a copy of your book in exchange for an honest review.

I don't personally use ChoosyBookworm, but I believe you don't need a minimum number of reviews to get your book listed with them.
