Arrow [Feature Request] Setting to stop the mouse cursor being hidden when reading a book

A couple of years ago a change was made that makes the mouse cursor invisible when you're reading a book:
https://github.com/kovidgoyal/calibr...5867cc625b742c

It would be good to have a setting in Preferences to toggle this behavior on or off, please. I prefer my cursor to remain visible.

Maybe (for other users) you could also allow control of the delay length?

Thank you.
