Yes but its be years. The few I got 1 was Free & 3 were 99 cents each. O I also got 2-3 Movies 2 John Wayne & 1 Disney But I think they were to get folks is hopes up & get people to except ads. Since then they only seem to adv high priced ebooks & no movies. I can say IF you keep the Wifi Off & only Side load e-books you Never see an ad. Just Type set & Newspapers

Yep, sure have. Several times. I have also put some on my KU wishlist and read them that way, if they were in KU. I discovered a couple of authors like that and ended up buying all of the series after reading the first.

But I don't have special offers on my current used device anymore. I have them on my basic kindle I read before I got the Voyage over a year ago.

I haven't bought a special offer in a long time because they mostly offer stuff I'm not interested in. Last time I did though, I think I bought the first book by William Kent Krueger for $2. It was great. The special offers for gadgets though - that seems definitely geared towards me.
