Exception on modifying lookup names

Getting an exception over here when modifying the lookup name of existing custom columns

Please post details of exactly what you're doing, and the contents of the error message.

sorry I fail to see how to give much more details about this

let's do an example maybe:
-1 create a custom column with a lookupname of "tags234" (leave default tags values or change columntitle if necessary)
-2 restart calibre
-3 modify that custom column with a lookupname of "tags2345"
-4 get an unhandled exception ("exception non gérée")

ho great ! sorry for not posting them earlier xD
btw I just realized that I'm not updated to latest, but I didn't see anything mentioning a change on these in the patch notes so I believe it should be the same. In my humble opinion, it's worth testing on someone else's machine though, since the crash is consistent on my end.
