EPUB3 eBook - bottom slide/scroll pages
Hi there,

I wonder if, with Sigil, it's possible to make an EPUB3 Multimedia eBook, where you slide/scroll the pages in a bottom bar? Like, a bar with pages thumbnails to slide/scroll and choose each page?

The question isn't really Sigil-related. If it's possible for an epub such as you described to BE created, Sigil wouldn't stop you from doing it.

That was fraught with lack of functionality on many devices for EPUB2

you can do it coding javascript, but it is not easy. And you'll get trouble for gestures used by device and yours.
