QUICK QUESTION: How To Give Karma?

I really want to give Karma to user surquizu for creating the graphical interface for activating night-mode on Kobo devices. I scanned through the main thread on the Karma topic but did not find anything helpful (and that thread is too long to examine every post). The wiki post on Karma does not mention how to give Karma either.

If you look at your own avatar and continue to follow it south and you will see: "x" "karma" and "!". Click the "karma" button and away you go!
