Please be more specific:
Are you talking about cropping an image or changing the display window height and width for the image, changing the the actual image height and width, or using svg to scale an image? KevinH |

You can only change the display size of an image in Sigil, not the image itself. For that, right-click on the image in the Book Browser and select 'Open With'. Select you program to edit images and make the adjustments. Save and exit the image edit program and the image will be updated in your ePUB.

I specify width="100%" in most of my images. The very early Kindles will want to blow everything up to full size, regardless of any such instructions, and of course a very small or very skinny image can be distorted. But I have found that using a width instruction will work in the vast majority of cases. Naturally I check on the result if there's any doubt.

Calibre's ebook editor has simple , image tools (crop, resize and rotate) built in.
As others suggested, use OS installed Image tools via the Open With (or Export, Tweak, then Add existing (swap out), which was my old way before the open with feature got included) |
