Is there any way to make an Index for the back of a book?

@Axell - the Sigil ePUB Editor has a Tool for indexing.

I don't think the calibre book editor has an equivalent - have a look in the Calibre Editor subforum.

No, there isn't a tool for indexing in calibre's editor.
