Moving calibre library to windows 10

hi I am upgrading to windows just need is it fully integrated with calibre. Does the plug in Quality check and duplicate work fine with it? Also i read somewhere that some new upgrade of calibre has made moving laptop to a new computer a breeze, however i cant find the link now. Help pls?

AFAIK anything that worked on W7 works on W10 without issue
I did that step up

(I previously went from Calibre on my XP to a new AMD64 based machine. Again, no issue)
