color specific tags?

I've looked all over and can't find a way of coloring just a particular tag - such as "primary reference". (I know I can just look up that tag, but I'd like some way to make it stand out on it's own as I'm looking through my reference books). Is there a way, or do I need to add a separate column? Thanks.

You can only color an entire column, not a part of one. Thus you cannot color a specific tag.

You might consider adding column icons where specific tags exists, which might give you something close to what you want.

I color another columns value when a specific tag appears

eg

Set Title to Green if tags has '<In Paper Library>"

Thanks to you both. I'm going to use theducks idea of coloring a different column - I'll see if I can follow directions - appreciate your help!
