Calibre's fetch annotations not updating Read Staus

Don't know how long this has been going on, but fetch annotations is no longer updating my Read Status column or comments column. I have a Kindle DX and a Paper White (separate libraries for each) and Calibre is not updating from either one. I am using Calibre 2.49 on Mac OS 10.10.5. I don't know if something has changed in Calibre since the last time I updated my Read Status, or what is happening. I hope someone can help me get this functioning again.

According to the manual "Fetch Annotations" is experimental, see item 8 in Send to device

So maybe not many people use it. I suggest you raise a bug report here ==>> Bugs : calibre

Fetch annotation is not maintained (the person who added it to calibre is no longer active). I suggest you check out the annotations calibre plugin instead.
