Best no-wifi reader with pdf reflow support

Hello, I'm looking for the best ebook reader with pdf reflow support and no wifi capability. (Please don't ask why I don't want it to have wifi.)

So far I've found the bebook pure but I don't know what other choices there are out there.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Devices without WiFi are very hard to find.

Mostly because there is no earthly reason for them to exist -- you can just keep the WiFi turned off.
(If you happen to work in the military, I can actually think of a handful of reasons why you need a WiFi-incapable device -- but those are legal reasons.)

cheaper versions of PocketBook, such as
