Multiline regex in 0.9.2

I used to be able to do a multiline regex like this (example only...):

Code:

<div>/s+<p>([A-Z])

This would select the <div> on one line and the <p>([A-Z]) on the next line. In 0.9.2 that does not work anymore (at least not at my side). If I select an example of what I want to search and paste that, it does work. It looks like spaces between the tags, but apparently they no longer are. Is there another way to solve this?

Your slash is leaning the wrong way. Give it a nudge in the other direction and I think you'll be pleased with the results.

I use \s+

there are multiple kinds of whitespace when ending and starting the next line.
CR
LF
TAB or spaces
and finally <p

That was just a typo in the message... I did do it the right way during the S/R...

Hmm thats strange then cause i actually did a replacement

to assign a class to the paragraph resulting in no indention when there is no header without problems. Regex option is ticked on (sorry for asking that stupid question)?

i'm on Win7/64 Sigil 0.9.2

Yes, the regex was ticked. It always is... I think there was a non space character there which didn't display or something. I also tested it with another file and there it did work.

If you encounter this problem again, DiapDealer's ShadyCharacters plugin might help; it converts invisible Unicode characters to entities.
