How to reset the Inkpad?
So my Inkpad is either dead or frozen in a faux low-power state.
Does anyone know how I can reset it? I don't see a pinhole. |

You can try holding down both Next/Prev buttons for a few seconds. That's all I see in the manual.

The PB Touch Lux 2 can be reset by keeping the on/off button pressed for some 10 seconds. I'm not sure if this works for the Inkpad as well.
Holding down Next+Prev for a few seconds will close the current app (or at least on my TL2). |

Thanks, Zetmolm, rkomar.
That didn't help, but thanks for the suggestions. |

It sucks that there is no reset button. I even tried pushing a paperclip into the hole down the audio jack to see if it was there, since I found it hard to believe that it wasn't somewhere.

According to page 15 of the user manual pressing the on/off button for 10 seconds should work on the Inkpad. If it does not for you, I'm afraid something is seriously wrong with your device
![]() On my TL2 this invariably works. This 'trick' is the reset button. It replaces the reset hole, and is much more convenient: no need to carry a paperclip in your wallet all the time. Last edited by Zetmolm; 11-25-2015 at 04:47 AM. |
