Amazon update

I really like the new, for lack of a better word, status bar on the account screen at Amazon. It lists how many order items I have, when the next package will be delivered, Digital pre-orders, gift card balance, audible credits and how long I've had the account (2001 for me). Pretty handy.

It's an interesting feature and is also on the home page. It says my next delivery isn't until 05 Jan. That means my son's Christmas present will be quite late. He's good with that since it's a Fire Tab and he's Apple all the way (where did I go wrong?).

I actually made some money this year by being the designated package acceptor for part of our neighborhood. Someone is always home here and we have a covered front entry. The UPS guy just rings the doorbell and bounds away. They do things for us during the year, so didn't really need to be paid for it, but I feel a bit like an elf when neighbors come to get their packages.
