EPUB validates! But what about warnings?

Thank you all for your help, I did create an EPUB which validates correctly but I have warnings with the software I'm making called MKEPUB. One warning is about an empty directory "OEBPS/themes".

- How will warnings warning affect other ereaders?

- How many books sites will reject my book with warnings?

- How do themes in an individual EPUB work anyway? I found the official EPUB spec very dry and unhelpful. Is there another website about EPUB themes?

I just discovered themes on Moon Reader Pro and I don't know if the themes I could choose from are stored in the EPUB, stored with Moon Reader Pro, or both.

I don't know the answers, and for that reason I treat a Warning the same as an Error -- i.e., I fix it.

Do you get a warning if you remove the theme directory altogether?
