Help with duplicate library entry on lists

Calibre 2.42 Windows 10

I have several libraries on Calibre but recently one has started to appear twice on drop down lists. Such as when I click on the "Choose Calibre library to work with" or "Copy to library" icpns.

I have checked my file structure and there is only one on my disk.

When I choose either entry I go to the full library.

I am scared to delete on entry in case it all goes pear shaped.

Library maintenance shows no errors

Just use the Remove Library action, it does not delete any actual files on your computer, only the entry from calibre.

Many thanks Kovid for both a super speedy reply and letting me get rid of the spare entry.
