Süddeutsche Zeitung with native Epub and Mobi support

Since yesterday, Germany's biggest quality newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung is finally offering native Epub and Mobi files for each issue. Automatic delivery by mail, however, is still unsupported. Is it possible to develop a new recipe which just downloads the file?
