Change Calibre Library

My question concerns the fact that the program each time you open shows me his library "Calibre Library". I have it empty, I do not use it. I have my own library. And if earlier, I used his library, after the close of the program, it was opened again to the library, where I was before. And now it opens its library by default. We have to re-press the button of your library and wait for it to boot. It is very uncomfortable. Can I somehow fix it and make the program each time opened with the library, where I finished working last time.
In the settings there is an option "auto_connect_to_folder = ''", but this option makes the device folder. I think this is the wrong way)

Regular Calibre opens the Last used Library by default

If it does Not:
a) Calibre was ended abnormally (crashed, forced in task manager, Power fail)
b) Calibre can not write to the Configuration folder (other preference may also fail)
c) You are running the Portable version
d) the last used Library is on a drive that was not 'Ready' when calibre started NOTE: Network shares are NOT supported

The shortcut you start with includes a command switch --with Library <This is not a normal install setting

One nice feature it has is the ability to keep a calibre library anywhere. The PortableApps.com standard-issue launcher knows how to fix locations inside configuration files.
