I saw a book in WHSmith's called Spider 2-3 by Robert Vallier. It's published in mmp format by Jaguar Publishing Inc. I've never heard of these guys and wonder who they are? They're obviously big enough to publish a pbook at scale otherwise an mmp would not be cost effective. Anyone heard of this publisher?

Looks self published to me, or some kind of small indie (usually when finding nothing about the company I find it's a self-pubs own label). The dimensions for the paperback given on Amazon are in the range of typical print on demand sizes.

I was thinking probably used create space or the other one.

At the OP, some indies do print copies and put them in book stores.
