Question E-reader with android and 6.8+ screen?

Good evening,

I am thinking of buying e-reader that:
would have android (or at least would be possible to install it),
6.8 or bigger screen with resulution of at least 200 ppi,
costs less than ~220€.
I would be reading pdf's and light web-browsing (can't use normal screen because of eyestrain and other stuff).
As I've seen boox i86hd is one of best choices for now but are there something better than this, or is it worth waiting for (maybie?) some new e-reader in 2017, are there any rumors?

Thanks in advance!
