Microsoft E-Ink Tablet/Keyboard
"Researchers at Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) have created a dual-screen version of the company’s tablet computer line, Surface. The Microsoft Applied Sciences Group, which is more like a Research and Development unit for computer interfaces, posted a video on Google Inc.’s (NASDAQ:GOOG) YouTube demonstrating the prototype of a device that hosts an e-ink display, along with a keyboard for tablets, called the DisplayCover.

For an allegedly business-focused website they seem a bit confused about the success of the Surface tablets.

ISTR that a couple of years ago Microsoft demonstrated a prototype of a very nice dual-screen note-taking device, which unfortunately didn't make it into production.

The Surface Pro has done very good for Microsoft, may not as good as it should. The Surface Pro is worthy of being called a business and enterprise tablet/notebook.
The Surface Pro will run all enterprise applications. |
